Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods: There are two shipping methods for you to choose when you place an order, one is Local pick up, the other is Shipping through United States Postal Service(USPS).
Local Pick Up Address : 700 Aldo Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95054
Attention: Our company is located in Santa Clara (a city of USA), and we only ship products to USA by now.

Shipping fees: For Local pick up: You only have to pay a fixed handling fee, no matter how many products you have bought.
For Shipping through USPS: The purchaser pays shipping and handling fee, the more items you have bought, the more discount you will get. UsAdapter.com will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate. If the order fails to be delivered by the our side or the shipping carriers, excluding wrong address left by customer, we will resend the order and take charge of the shipping fee.

Shipping time: For Local pick up: Our working time is 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, every Monday to Friday, exclude American holiday. Customers can pick up their products at any time we list above.
For Shipping through USPS: We will ship out the products at the same day when our customers place their orders, and the shipping time is about 3-5 days, no matter to any places in USA.
