SHIPPING POLICY:
We do not ship out of USA.
Shipping fee is flat $7.9 and freight-free if order total exceeds $100. Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.
Orders typically ship from Santa Clara CA by usps next business days after the order is paid. Orders will be updated with tracking information when available.
We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.
We will not be responsible for lost package. Please track your package online to arrange the pickup.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please email to service@usadapter.com , stating the reason, the model number of your pc and the part number of your old adapter, as well as the part number of the new adapter.
All returned packages must have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging or on the shipping label.
Returns received without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days after issuance. You must return your item within 30 days after we issue your RMA number. Returns received more than 30 days after issuance of an RMA number will be refused.
Refunds and credits are available only after the return has been received, tested and verified for authenticity. If it is because of the customers' careless or their own reason, such as ordering a wrong item, to return the items for a refund, we will hold the original shipping fee and 15% of the item price for restoring.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at the time of checkout and we must re-ship the item, customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
Warranty Policy:
USadapter.com is a reseller of brand new products and claims no association to any manufacturer. All product markings applied by USadapter.com are for identification purposes and are not used to indicate product origin. Where appropriate, products are marked with a serial number sticker and warranty on such products is void if this sticker is removed or tampered with.
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold USadapter.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses or loss USadapter.com suffer as a result of unauthorized warranties and/or representations as to origin made by purchaser in connection with the resale of this product.
USadapter.com warranties all products to the terms specified on the description of each product, and should product not meet any such warranty, USadapter.com will issue a credit or replace the product. All products are warranted for 6 months unless otherwise noted. USadapter.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all defective and incompatible products.
The limited warranty provided by USadapter.com covers normal use. Its does not supercede or extend the Original Electronic Manufacturer (OEM) warranty, when applicable. It does not apply to 1) defects resulting from improper or inadequate installation, use or maintenance; 2) actions or modifications by unauthorized third parties or the Purchaser; 3) accidental or willful damage; or 4) normal wear and tear.
Sales Tax Policy: Orders in CA will be charged 9.25% of order total for tax.
